PowerPoint
- First, make sure your slide is designed to the correct size for printing.
- Go to “Design” > “Slide Size” > “Custom Slide Size”.
- Save the files as pdf.
- If you have Adobe Acrobat installed you may have buttons for doing this.
- If you do not have Acrobat installed, go to File > Save As and choose PDF as the file type.
Word (MacOS)
- Choose File menu, click Print, and then click Save As PDF.
- In the Save As box, type a name for the file.
- Locate the folder where you want to save the file, and then click Save.
Word (Windows)
- If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, choose "Save as Adobe PDF" from the File menu.
- If you do not have Acrobat installed, go to File > Save As and choose PDF as the file type.
Publisher
- Choose
File > Export
- Select "Create PDF/XPS Document" then click the
Create PDF/XPS
button. - Choose a filename and location.
- Click the Options button and choose "High quality printing"
- If your document has bleeds, click Print Options and choose
Crop Marks
andAllow bleed
s then OK. - Click OK, then Publish.
